01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phenjoy48 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the phenjoy48 website and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of phenjoy48, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 02 Eligibility

To register and use phenjoy48, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold phenjoy48 accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phenjoy48, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phenjoy48 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

phenjoy48 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account where eligibility requirements are not met, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) phenjoy48 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your phenjoy48 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Select a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your phenjoy48 account.
• Notify phenjoy48 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your phenjoy48 account.

phenjoy48 may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phenjoy48 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phenjoy48 wallet upon successful processing by the payment provider.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank.
• Debit card deposits are accepted where supported by the issuing bank.
• phenjoy48 does not accept deposits via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any other method not listed above.
• phenjoy48 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phenjoy48 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before releasing funds.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• phenjoy48 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

phenj joy48 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered phenjoy48 players only. phenjoy48 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may only be used for wagering on eligible games. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Once wagering requirements are met, any remaining bonus-derived winnings will be transferred to your real-money wallet and become withdrawable.
• phenjoy48 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or coordinated wagering to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on phenjoy48 are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

• All bets placed on phenjoy48 are final once confirmed. phenjoy48 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of verified technical error.
• phenjoy48 uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all non-live games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, phenjoy48 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' wallets.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and player tier. These limits are displayed within each game interface.
• phenjoy48 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close the account of any player whose betting patterns are deemed irregular or potentially harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phenjoy48. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one phenjoy48 account.
• Using phenjoy48 for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any unauthorized manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phenjoy48 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access phenjoy48 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your phenjoy48 account.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the phenjoy48 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of phenjoy48 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phenjoy48 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phenjoy48 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any phenjoy48 content or software.
• Use any phenjoy48 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the phenjoy48 Platform.

Any unauthorized use of phenjoy48 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by phenjoy48.

09 Privacy & Data

phenjoy48 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using phenjoy48, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phenjoy48 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

phenjoy48 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your phenjoy48 account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and time-out periods.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from phenjoy48. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

phenjoy48 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, regardless of whether the player has requested such restrictions.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phenjoy48 and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.

phenjoy48's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phenjoy48 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phenjoy48's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

phenjoy48 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a minor.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet (net of any bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phenjoy48 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

phenjoy48 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phenjoy48 will notify registered players via email or an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of phenjoy48 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using phenjoy48 and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phenjoy48 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phenjoy48 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phenjoy48 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.
